^ Ditto. I love the b-sides/bonus tracks from this era so far I don't know if we'll get anymore though, honestly. I think the days of a single with b-sides is sadly long gone unless it's a 7" which I honestly don't care for; if it's not something I can upload in good quality onto my computer then it's pretty much useless to me. I still haven't heard a good quality of the BFP remix. So I don't even want to go down the road of vinyl anymore for this era. It's basically just a trendy collector's item now; for actual listening purposes, I want a CD. Rant done.

I don't like region-specific singles! Control needs to be released in the US!!!

I thought we needed a music video poll with all choices included. Oh, and the "big daddy" version of WIGU is the one without the movie clips. I just didn't know what else to call it. Or, if you *for some reason* prefer it with the movie clips, you can still vote on it

I don't have a decent quality BFP remix. I really wish they'd release that one digitally in high quality. Vinyl is trendy nowadays but it's basically useless. Just my opinion

Where's Love Like Suicide? Even then, I still went with Bright Tonight. I know a lot of people don't like it, but I love it Also, isn't Who's Gonna Ride Your Wild Horses from this era? I know it was last year, and it's technically not a b-side, but it's still in the same 'era.' I classify it as NYKOP era on my iTunes and group it with the other b-sides from this album. Anyone else have an opinion on that?

Everytime I try to watch on youtube, it says it's not available. It's doing that for almost every video I try to watch...but then some things it works on. Is it just me?

A girl friend of mine (who I kinda like like... ) has asked me for a mix cd of Garbage songs. She saw them on MTV recently apparently and said something about Shirley talking about how this is their first album in 7 years...the obvious fan-based knowledge we all know Anyway, her music tastes are waaay different than most of G's songs. She likes Katy Perry, Pitbull (?), LMFAO (I think that's it...), and all that bad teeny bop music...but then she also likes some classic rock too. What G songs could I include for her on a mix cd? I was thinking a good chunk of the hits, but maybe not all of them (like Vow, I think would be out of her music range) and a few others. Any suggestions?

Was US MTV still even playing music videos by the time of Version 2.0? Well probably about 90x more so than they are now. But still not that much. I do remember there being random video blocks during the day though and at night. I used to set my VCR to record them all around the time Push It and ITIP videos came out, with no luck. I managed to catch Push It one night waaay late at night at friends house during a sleepover.

In the US? I guess it was just me having bad luck everytime I tuned in lol
I remember VH1 played Special a lot. But I don't remember MTV being a big supporter of the band after the debut came and went.

MTV Europe and Asia had Push It on heavy rotation. Even up to TMWIH MTV Europe and Asia played their videos frequently. Not sure what they're like now as i dont receive either MTV anymore. True, they were always better received in Europe and Asia, but in the US their videos weren't played very often from 2.0 forward.

I remember when Push It came out and MTV was still playing videos and they hardly *ever* played it. That was a shame.

I live in GA too - I wish Atlanta had been "cool" enough to have a listening party for the new album. It would have been nice to meet fellow darklings. They look like they had a blast in CA. Sweet! I kind of thought I was the only Georgian Garbage fan lol Yes, it would've been nice to have had a listening party here, though I don't know if I honestly would've gone. Not only am I somewhat (a lot) anti-social and an absolute *freak* when it comes to chatting with people I don't know, I try and make it a point to not drive to Atlanta haha...I'm a bad driver and I freak out with all that pavement and all those cars!

Could they release a live DVD with the old songs? I would love if we got one. Yea, that would be great! The Smashing Pumpkins are releasing one live DVD per album. Each remaster so far has the album remaster, a bonus disc with demos, b-sides, and alternate versions of songs, and a live concert DVD from the era of the album--all in one package That would be a great model for Garbage to use if they ever do something like this.
