I think we all hope they have another in them. I hope they have another tour in them a FULL tour. One could ONLY hope....and I do believe they will.

[glow=blue,2,300]Shirley can do no wrong in my opinion Even if she goes BANANAS...I CANT WAIT TO GET MY HANDS ON THAT ALBUM!!!![/glow] I would probably shoot myself if another "BANANAS" song came out...even IF Shirley made one like it....

I am simply stoked. I cannot wait to hear what she has planned, and I certainly feel MUCH better knowing they still would like to do another record.

hmmm... thanks for that update, but do you have something to back up that information? at this moment everything we know is in rumour quality, so some confirmation would be appreciated. thanks. Yeah, I'll be another person to say that her information is always 100% correct. Anyways, I was told that Shirley should be heading into the studio sometime in Spring for the solo project.

I'm sure she would stay in her "happy place", meaning she's known for her sensual vocals in pop/rock/alternative/techno. I hope she gets to do A LOT more wailing and a whole lot more rock/pop that only Shirley can pull off. Although, IF she had to work with a 'rapper', I would hope Missy Elliot is on the agenda.

I always thought it would be neat if Shirley and the remaining members of No Doubt got together ala Velvet Revolver and Audioslave. You figure right now the G boys are all busy starting families (except Duke who did that years ago) and Shirl is recently divorced and looking to work. Over at the ND camp, from what I understand, the boys were looking to get back into the studio, and get out and tour--but now Gwen and Gavin are pregnant, which is gonna hold them up who knows how long. I'm pretty sure that wouldn't work out too well. The members of No Doubt have different style's. It wouldn't mesh well at all.

I honestly don't think he would produce a WHOLE album like TWINE. That would be a bit well...boring honestly. Shirley likes variety in her works, and I'm sure alternative, rock, pop and techno is on her agenda.

TWINE was very successfull, and probably one of their best. I hope something of the sort comes out.

Well maybe you know, she could have been sick or even had other plans? I think we all look too much into this.

I was mostly talking about the release of singles for Bleed Like Me, everything was hastily done through management and OKed by Geffen. Surely they know that kind of effort would lose them money.

Guys Geffen isn't gonna lose money, just to fuck over Garbage. If they are gonna release something they have to support it (at least inititally..ahem..BLM). It was mostly the manager's fault for doing everything in a rush, and Geffen for OKing it.

If Shirley is under different management with different publicists and a different label, we could see the next Gwen Stefani, only without the cheesyness and better music.

That paragraph where Shirley doesn't know who to work with is a CRY to get solo stuff done...I am sure a producer is reading her diary and would love to work with her.

I can see a lot of techno pop with a splurge of alternative in it.

I'm sure once the ball is rolling she will be on high drive with the solo career.
