I know it's been mentionned before, but try hmv.co.uk - it's only £14 (cheaper then amazon) and p&p is free it only took 2 days to arrive and that was with all the postal strikes and everything! I agree. HMV kicks major ass! I live in the States, and it took me a total of 6 days from the time I ordered it on the internet, until I was listening to and watching the import singles. Pretty impressive! Just viewed the DVD. Got it from Amazon in USA. Does the DVD from HMV in UK have the TMWIH video? I'm guessing that the answer is "Yes," right? I'm kicking myself now that I didn't think of the option of buying from a UK seller when I decided that it was time for me to order this DVD. Over the past 5 years, I've made more than a dozen online purchases from UK merchants and UK Ebay sellers and never encountered any problem buying online from UK sources. And the UK postal service is lightening fast!!! On a couple of occasions, orders I've made with UK merchants took only 3 days to arrive here in the state of Maine, USA. I'm going to hazard a guess that airmail flight from the UK is landing in Bangor, Maine [BIA airport] which is a 90 mile drive from my house -- which may explain why mail from the UK sometimes takes only 3 days to arrive at my house here in Maine.

Does the DVD from HMV in UK have the TMWIH video? I don't believe it does. I think the only place you can get it is on the European release of the TMWIH single. I got that through HMV also. Can some European members confirm this?

Yes, the UK dvd does have TMWIH. I'm not sure why the US dvd doesn't i'm guessing its to do with copyright, or different record companies or something... in other words, i have no idea ;D

In this age of broadband internet, I'm only mildly annoyed that the TMWIH video is not on the USA release.
But if this had happened before the age of broadband internet, I would have been royally pissed about the TMWIH video not being on my USA release.

It upset me on a completist level, more than anything else. I have it on my hard drive as well as on the TMWIH DVD single but it would've been nice to have it on the AG DVD with the other videos, especially considering it was the album's one completely original track and potentially the only single/video release promoting it.
I'd still love to know the exact reason, as opposed to all of the speculation on our part, why the North American market was the only one not to get it. Perhaps Geffen didn't put any money into the video and therefore couldn't obtain the rights to release it?

Finally I've got the DVD! What can I say? It's really amazing! The quality of music videos (& documentary) is great. Of course the DVD is DVD9 type -- that means double layer DVD (over 8GB) allow so much content on one DVD. Now about the documentary. I watched three times and made me laugh so hard! ;D Butch playing Supervixen on the bottles was so cool, also Shirley doing naughty things , not counting the "unplugged" OHWIR... I think I feel a bit of envy about Duke; that part with "heeeelp" while he was "attacked" by Shirley was very funny. ;D I'd like to see the Reading Festival live preformance on DVD (I like that look of Shirley the most) So, very well done Garbage! PS Copy protection? I think it's legal to made your OWN backup copies and not to sell/distribute them. Of course thanks to the right tool.

We know they filmed it, so release it! I have the whole show on audio and it is awesome! As far as backup copies, yes, it's a piece of cake. I often do that to remove the coded region restrictions on DVD's. As long as you don't distribute it or sell them, you should be o.k.

Regarding backup copies I found a fantastic program: you can do anything you want (including splitting the chapters into individual *.vob files) ;D
