I finally found the DVD at Best Buy. I noticed something I had never noticed before watching the DVD's. At the end of the video for "Special" it said "to be continued." Does anyone know whatever happened with that? ;D I think the To Be Continued was a homage to the style of old sci-fi series, following on from the Star Wars style expository opening. I'm sure it was Raygun magazine that Shirl said she loved the idea of not knowing if Astarte made it to the rescue beacon or not.

I finally got the DVD and watched it. The documentary part was great! I also got to the see the other video for SYM for the first time. I'm pretty happy with it; I still only wish all the videos were on it (oh well).

Yeah I'm highly upset that I didn't get the DVD. It took me forever to find the damn CD and when I found it...that's all it was, a CD. So yeah.
I'm missing out and it blows

the silly singing - the opening bit - the chemistry between them all generally was great to see - random bits like Duke stripping off (sinply for comedy value lol) to seeing Shirley on the tourbus in her PJs, singing OHWIR outside the studio, "noodle noodle noodle", "fuck piss wank!", Butch playing Supervixen with waterbottles and drumsticks, live frootage, Shirley's passport photo... loadsa bits.... only just literally seen it all to ofcourse the videos themselves gotta love them.
I got it at like 9.45 am this morning before wrk at 10am - snuck in a peak of Push It - then agonised at wrk knowing that dvd was sitting there... not being played... and enjoyed by moi

I loved it and I finally got to see the Dallas backstage stuff were Shirl tried a Texas accent. It was so cute. God I just love her accent, I could just listen to her talk for hours. This dvd made my year.

I got the DVD today at long last. I ordered it from HMV's website for £14 as it was £18 instore.
I was pleasantly surprised by the booklet that comes inside - was very nice to see all the video stills and a "Special" still with its own double fold-out page! I also noticed the "Tell Me Where It Hurts" video still but my version of the DVD has that video on it so it makes sense. If anyone wants that video, wouldn't it be best to order the DVD single?
I haven't watched the DVD yet but can somebody tell me if the Jack White part is an easter egg and if so how to get to it? Or is it just part of "Thanks For Your Uhh Support"? Anyway, good to have it at last.

If anyone wants that video, wouldn't it be best to order the DVD single? That's what I've done, even though I would love to see TMWIH on my DVD's tracklist.

Well I ordered it from www.hmv.co.uk but I wouldn't like to say whether it would work or not in Romania. My version contains "Tell Me Where It Hurts". I watched the DVD this afternoon and it is great, I looove "Thanks For Your Uhh Support" - it's great. I was surprised to see the "Live" video of "Shut Your Mouth" in place of the animated one though. I forget that the UK video was the "Live" one so I guess that was why. Also, have they edited the "Milk" and "Queer" videos? "Milk" looked a lot different to me - full of random shots I'd never seen before I'm sure. It just seems different. With "Queer", I'm sure they've blurred out the part where Shirley is sitting on top of the guy and ripping tape with her teeth. I'm pretty sure it's not blurred out in the original cut?

The version of "Milk" on the DVD is the one originally used for The Siren Mix; the "one-shot" video originally used with the album version appeared on the G video. Why they swapped them, I don't know.
As for "Queer," someone (I believe heartmightmelt, but don't hold me to that) stated it was the version MTV aired. I guess they found her placing tape over someone's eyes to be offensive so the opted for the unconscious/fade out approach.

Ghostsofjoy, thanks for clearing that up.
Yeah, I have the "Garbage Video" - I think I prefer the original "Milk" but both are good. Garbage seem to have different versions of videos for quite a few songs now don't they? Is "The Siren Mix" the same as "The Wicked Mix"? I can't remember whether or not the "Siren Mix" is on the single to be honest. Also, I find it odd how they would include a censored version of one of their videos? "Cherry Lips" was censored at the time too but they've included the original on the DVD.
