"Hot in Cleveland" and "Retired at 35" on TV Land.
Kathy Bate's new show "Harry's Law" on NBC.
"Attack Of The Show" on G4TV (it's a guilty pleasure).
Keith Olbermann. Despite Keith leaving MSNBC due to 'irreconcilable differences' with MSNBC management, MSNBC will still remain my 'home channel' on my cable box. I love my dysfunctional liberal political pundit family on MSNBC.

"classic alternative" music channel on time-warner cable TV -- "hurt" by nine-inch-nails is playing as I'm typing this.

Hey, you did it for love, and that's a beautiful thing. There's no shame in that. If you are yearning for the mark of that tattoo to completely disappear, you've got to stop yearning for that ... because you did it for love ... and you need not be ashamed of that.

maybe not the best topic to ask, but I was always wondering, who's speach was used in the intro of live Hammering in my head? don't remember the whole thing but there was something about rubbish, facing the reality and violence I've been told it was John Lennon, but I don't know what particular speech it was. From the documentary "Gimme Some Truth - The Making of John Lennon's Imagine Album" (2000) This video at Dailymotion.com: John Lennon - Gimme Some Truth (Part 4 of 7) www.dailymotion.com/video/x73lyg_john-lennon-gimme-some-truth-part-4_musicIn this 'part 4', John Lennon speaks the following words in the time count of 2:46 to 3:14: "War is, I think, the most -- the thing we should really be talking about is the violence, you know, that goes on in this society. Not in Vietnam, but just right in England or Northern Ireland, which is part of Britain. That’s a far more important subject to talk about than how -- where’s your hem line and did you sleep with somebody when you were 15 or 16. I think that humans always tend to talk about rubbish and -- because they don’t really want to face the reality."This "Gimme Some Truth" documentary is also available to view on Youtube in 7 parts, BUT, 'part 4' has been blocked on copyright grounds. On Youtube, when you click on 'part 4', you get this message: "This video contains content from WMG, who has blocked it on copyright grounds." Had I not encountered this problem with 'part 4' on Youtube, I would have chosen to present 'part 4' in a Youtube window instead of a link to Dailymotion. The following webpage made it possible for me to identify the origin of the Lennon audio in HIMH. I found this webpage by simply googling Lennon's words as heard in HIMH. Scroll down to "Track 86: War & Violence": abbeyrd.best.vwh.net/startover.html

This Steve Martin video gem has been up on Youtube since the summer of 2009. It's been posted on Youtube before 2009, but it kept getting removed due to copyright violation. So I'm surprised to see that this current posting is still up on Youtube.

this movie was playing on ABC's Family HD channel on this Sunday morning ... and it's so wonderful to see this movie in a widescreen format on an HD television ... and that Benny Hill is in this movie, how cool is that
