well in Japan it's generally a rule that anime series are either 26 episodes (midnight series) or 50 episodes (children's shows). after the first series Clamp, the original manga creator decided to drop the probject so Chobits will probably never see a second season after the first 26-episode run. which is good thing IMO ;D anyways... i hate Clamp. i hate Chobits. i hate cute anime girls

Okay, so what are some other good series ut there that I should buy? Now that I have the entire Chobits series, what would you suggest? And Rhonda wants to know if you know of any good "mature" titles that we could order...

Urusei Yatsura!!!I finally saw a few episodes of that (subtitled version) and it was pretty funny! See, Ataryu is a rather unlucky guy. He becomes even unluckier when the Oni (space aliens in the case of this anime) come to invade Earth! Their leader, Invader, using a computer, selects Ataryu as the Earth's Champion! Now, he has to play a game of tag with Lum, Invader's daughter, in order to save the Earth. Ataryu has to grab Lum by the horns in order to win... That's all I'm spilling. The creator of the manga series, Rumiko Takahashi, also created the mangas Inu-Yasha, Ranma 1/2, and Maison Ikkoku.
