A Norwegian dude saw the movie and ran crying to the police and confessed two unsolved cases involving bombs.

I think at the core of the issue isn't the accuracy of the film, which is, from what I have heard, entirely faithful to the Biblical accounts. It's an issue of the accuracy of the Bible, which explicitly blames the Jews for Jesus' crucifixtion when it probably wasn't that clear-cut.
The Romans were brutal overlords in all of the provinces, even more so in places like Jerusalem which tended to be rebellious. The second anyone came along who had the potential to cause civil unrest, the Romans would get rid of him. The way Jesus gained followers so rapidly would have made him a prime target of the Roman government, especially since many of the values he taught were directly contradictory to Roman tradition.
The Romans definitely had the motivation to want him dead. While Jerusalem was chaotic at that time, I seriously doubt the Romans would allow random people to be executed simply because they ran afoul members of the Pharisees.
Nevertheless, the crucufixion is clearly blamed on the Jews in what is most likely an apocryphal exhange between a horde of angry Jews and Pontius Pilate.
Throughout the middle ages, these passages of the New Testament were used to justify the enslavemnt, imprisonment, torture, theft, and murders of in nocent Jews. Most of the Nazis' anti-Jewish policies were adapted from the laws of the Roman Catholic Church.
So I think it does make sense that the movie could be called anti-semitic, although I seriously doubt people will start persecuting Jews after watching it.
