My sister just saw an item on Newsnight. A scientist was interviewed. He said that in sixty years time we'll be taking an elevator into space. Not an aircraft but an elevator. Can you imagine that? He was apparently a well respected professional too. Do you think he was taking the piss?

on the bus the other day, i saw a wee girl explaining to her mother that the sun was held up by a big pole on the earth.... the north pole. it was incredibly sweet.

Ok Sarah-- do you have the image uploaded to an online server?
If so, just click the 4th button (from left to right) in the bottom toolbar (the one that looks like a frame) and tags should appear. Place the URL of the picture et voila!
