this has been asked tons of times since i joined, and i'll always answer beautiful garbage. I love it loads.  All the songs are great, the singles chosen were slightly bleh cos there are a couple of others more single worthy but it's 99% amazing (I take 1% off for that weird 'get it right' bit at 0.20 of parade. I've never liked that) V2.0 is a extreamly close 2nd |

It's got to be "Version 2.0" - always! I love it, I think it's one of the most perfect albums ever. I love and enjoy every single song. It's just a classic.

Hands down Version 2.0. That album tells a story with its songs. Each song beautifully flows from one to the next unlike any other album I've ever heard. And the best part? It ends on a gracefully somber song. A song I consider to be the most beautiful I've ever heard. Of course I'm talking about You Look So Fine.

version 2.0, all the way. the rest all pretty much tie with each other (to me), but 2.0 has always stood out.

In terms of overall enjoyability & repeatability factor:
1.) Version 2.0 10/10
2.) Absolute Garbage 9.5/10
3.) Garbage 9/10
4.) Bleed Like Me 7.5/10
5.) beautifulgarbage 7/10
I left distance between 2.0 & the rest because I feel it is SO superior to the rest that it deserves that space. AG & the debut are pretty near flawless...then BLM and BG are strong but not excellent & come in almost evenly, with a slight edge to BLM.

Eponymous wins, hand down. I like the general anger, resentment and sadness that isn't candy coated... as Version 2.0 does. BLM ranks a close second, as the first five songs are genius. 2.0 ranks third... has some strong singles. BG is the redheaded stepchild. Sometimes when I'm in the right mood I can get into it, but most of the time I couldn't care less.

I can't just pick one. It really depends on my mood. All I know is that it's not beautifulgarbage (which I still love but it just doesn't feel like it's complete and finished to me).

V2.0. Love it. BG and debut aren't far behind though. Bleed Like Me's great but not in the same league as the first three IMO.

The debut has a certain charm. It has a rough edge that is sort of missing from the other albums. Plus it has so many good songs: Supervixen, Queer, OHWIR, As Heaven is wide, A Stroke of Luck, Stupid Girl, My Lover's Box, Milk, etc. Hell even the B-Sides are awesome. Compare that to BG or BLM.
