Okay, I have to admit, when I first heard this song, I found it to be pretty mediocre (not bad, not good, just plain mediocre). However, in recent times, I've really grown to like it a lot. Anyone else diggin' this track? I realize it drags on a bit longer than necessary, but there's some good stuff in it.

I actually really like it. Upon first listen it grabbed me more than the other bonus tracks (even The One which is now my clear favourite).
I get the feeling from the majority of fans I spoke to about it last year, that its not universally liked. Then again I really do not Bright Tonight, which others seem to rate..

Yeah, I can't get into Bright Tonight. The One and Show Me were definitely the songs I liked that were on the deluxe edition.

I think that "Show Me" is one of their best songs in a long time. Such a mysterious kind of song. Really puts me in a trance. Love the build up in the song. It gets stuck in my head quite often. I really wish they'd do this one live. The only track from the Deluxe edition I truly dislike is "What Girls Are Made Of". I just can't get into that song at all.

I love it, actually I remember adoring it instantly. Love Shirley's voice through out. A world we leave behind? Love it, great lyrics.

It always drives me crazy when this subject comes up! Bright tonight, show me, and NYKOP were always my favorites from the beginning, while beloved freak, automatic systematic habit being my least favorites. It all comes down to matters of taste but I just don't get how a.s.h. And b.f. get so much love while the ones that struck me as genious get picked on all the time. To each their own. A little off topic and speaking of being picked on, but I'm embarrassed to say I couldn't even hum the chorus of what girls are made of. I need to go give it a listen.

While I can't get into Bright Tonight, I don't necessarily find it to be a horrible song, it just doesn't do anything for me is all. I've been trying to give it more of a chance though.

Bright tonight does nothing for me either. Like you say it's not a horrible song but to me it reminds me too much of Big Bright World and Beloved Freak for it to really stand out - maybe I should give it another listen
