These are mainly shirley drawings and paintings My first oil painting I have ever done I don't really like it that much but I m sure that will change over the years  My third oil painting I wanted to do something simple (if you don't know where this is from its Shirley's lips from the Special music video)  A drawing I never finished  This is from my AP concentration I did Fractured Fairy Tales this is Cinderella (got the idea from the Tell Me Where It Hurts video)  Not really a garbage drawing but the Cherry Lips (Go Baby Go!) video inspired me. This is also from my AP concentration this is Alice In Wonderland  Random drawing  First Shirley Drawing  A print I did (Shut Your Mouth cover)  I posted this on here a long time ago this is my fav of the drawings I have ever done of Garbage  |

they are all great - from personal experience I always found observational drawing to be a right pain to master but they are very cool - I love the first three and SYM aswell. The final pic I think you really got Butch and Steve.

Andy: really you think it looks just like Shirley? lol thanks but I really can't see it other then the eyes. I think the reason I have such a probem with it is it took so long to do (6 months i believe) I just got so drained that I some what gave up. I should post my second oil painting its Marley Shelton from Planet Terror I think that painting looks like her.
mssm2: ya I have also found observational drawings to be a big pain in the butt sometimes. The picture of the band I drew was so hard it was mainly Shirley's lips and hands, Steve's face (I think I did the worst job on him I just do not see it lol) and Duke's body (I really love the way Duke came out I dosen't really look like him but the shading on his face I really love) I really did not have much of a problem with Butch other then making up his body lol.
heartmightmelt: ya when Iwas doing the Alice In Wonderland drawing I was like in love with Kylie's new album at the time and I loved that picture so idk i felt like putting it in their lol and is cracking a good or bad thing?

No, I definetly believe it looks like her. I'd go as far to sa it's one of the best G portraits I've seen in all my years. I love the detail on the jacket and you got her eyes and complexion down to a T.

All of those are just fantastic works. I really love the oil painting and the pencil drawings. Really good job on them, I'd love to see more of your work.
