someone on subhuman.net found the link www.madison.com/wisconsinstatejournal/features/74387.phpShe was at some event honoring the closing of some famous theatre in Madison (where Garbage is based) "Goin' Down Swingin'" - which will veer into jazz, blues, rock and other genres - features a core quartet with keyboardist Sidran, bassist Bob Rockwell, tenor saxophonist Billy Peterson and drummer Leo Sidran, Ben's son. < They will back many special guests: Garbage singer Shirley Manson; Madison bassist Richard Davis, who played during Sidran's first Oscar Mayer Theatre show; country-blues singer Tracy Nelson; bluesmen West Side Andy and the Mel Ford Band; The New Breed Quintet, a young Madison jazz act; and Joy and the Boy, featuring singer Joy Dragland and Leo Sidran. < "I look at this as a trip down memory lane, but it's my memory," Sidran said. "These are people I've been hanging out with over the years." < Sidran said Manson will veer far from her role as one of rock's most prominent female vocalists. < "She's a gorgeous singer. I've always wanted to hear her sing standards. She wanted to do this and I said, 'This is your chance,'" said Sidran, who added that Manson will draw two songs from the "American songbook." <
