I know the doors open at 7:30, but i wonder what time G will go on..... someone told me maybe around 10,. but since they are the only band playing, i would think it would be a little earlier.

Yeah, its seems odd for Garbage not to have an opening act. I htought the Dead 60's was opening but the 9:30 club didn't have them listed.

So who is taking the metro? On weekday nights they stop running around midnight. This is kinda a pain because the show my not let out till near midnight. Does anyone who lives in DC know of a better alternative (I really don't want to drive into that the city it self, If like to go to Springfield and take the Blue and Greenline in).

no metro for me. I'd be taking the sprinfield one also...although I am not opposed to it. but I'd rather not walk from the metro to the show. there are 2 parking lots for the show but it costs $$$$ or you. As far as the show, it will probaly start between 930 and 10 pm. Day of the show 930.com lists them time the bands come on.

Me and my friend probably will. I think the show will let out before the last train home. 930 club is usually good with that. Last time Garbage finished around 11:30 or so and I made the last metro ride in plenty of time.

Well, since you're coming from the springfield stop, the last train home for the blue/orange line is 11:50. I'm gonna be on that line too heading to Rosslyn so we should be fine unless garbage starts around 10:30 or later.
