"Tell Me Where It Hurts" Single Garbage will release a brand new single entitled "Tell Me Where It Hurts" on July 9th on Warner Bros. Records (excluding North America). The single, recorded especially for inclusion on Absolute Garbage, will be released ahead of the "best of" collection Absolute Garbage that follows a week later.
Ok. You guys know that the US doesn't get singles. The SINGLE is being released via Geffen and I am sure it WILL be aired here in the States. I'm sure I can get more info on that, but I assure you that the video and single will be given to TV stations and radio stations, some already adding it to their databases. It's being released by Warner Brothers which is overseas everywhere but NOT in America. We get it released via Geffen, which Geffen I am sure will announce in the coming month.

singles are pretty non-existent in the states now. but i think the "excluding north america" might mean the part of the statement that says it will be released by warners music. last i knew their music was released by universal music in north america. but i could be wrong. i don't know too much about music distibution...but i did stay at a holiday inn express last night.

Bill, "Holiday Inn Express" = "No Tell Motel" Na, Holiday Inn Express is the Ritz compared to the typical "notell." Dan, notells have hourly rates and they don't change the sheets between each "customer." Don't ask how I know that.

Lick the Pavement, your avatar is beautful and would be the ideal cover for Shirl's solo album! Its bold and has her likeness but it's not some pretentious head shot.
Anyhow, I hope you are right about the single. I also think the possibility of IAOBTC as a fall single could actually work out and get some play.

Why did she keep pretending to be a fireman and asking for more hose?
