This week our most (of one of the most) anticipated record of the year is finally out! I'd like to know your guesses on NYKoP charts positions all over the world. Of course two main markets are UK & US (maybe Australia), so they're going to tell us the truth about G's fanbase condition these days I'm afraid many people still don't know about their return, so sales won't be too impressive ;( Moreover, the 7 years hiatus is a long period, it's just like changing whole single generation and their tastes. I'm not sure if Garbage is ''all right band'' for new music takers. I think that (it's a safe bet, I count for some miracle anyway): UK - 29 US - 44 AUS - 7 Above countries are

I honestly couldn't even hazard-a-guess at the UK first week placement. Battle In Me has had no impact whatsoever, but then TMWIH didn't do well and AG still made #11. But that was a best of...
I'd like to see it go top 20, but I honestly don't know.

I'd be surprised if it didn't make the Top 10 in both the US and the UK, Top 20 the lowest. Sales climates are NOT competitive right now.

With high positions on UK pre-order charts, i can see it going top 15. But with almost no publicity whatsoever I'd be impressed if it even got into the top 30.

They need to send ASH to radio ASAP to keep some momentum going.

i'm not even sure how they measure chart position anymore. cd sales/digital sales or a combination of the two. if NYKOP can sell as many first week copies as BLM it should go pretty high.

I'm betting on a top 10 placement in the US.
I don't know why I'm saying that, I have no facts to base it on, but I'm just going to be the lone wolf and say it'll be an unexpected hit.

The UK has appeared to abandoned the band - currently 31 on itunes. What happened? I always thought they were more popular in the UK and overseas than in the US but it seems like that's reversing itself.

Up to number 2 on iTunes and number 1 in iTunes rock charts respectively in México. I really hope it mantein that high level cause is fighting against huge local acts.
