Anyone have a favorite live version of a song that they wanna share? I'll start: Vow - Houston 2002 (Shirley starts singing a Siouxsie and the Banshees song!)

Mine is this version of Supervixen, I forget the show. But I posted it here, and on the tracker. It's from the soundboard, that entire show is amazing since it is so clear.

I dunno an absolute favourite but I always listen to Hammering In My Head performed at the MTV 5 Night Stand gig - I think its just a perfect rendition of that song - much prefer it in 2001/2 to how it was performed on the BLM shows

Marco, I have the CD. What is so great about it is that you can hear Steve and Duke just sawing away at their guitars making all of the noises that make the debut album so great. It is in the dump somewhere last year.

These are all the threads you have contributed to/and or created in the Dump last year and I can't find what it is you refer to (Not in the Request Thread either) KROQ Weenie Roast 6-15-96

OK, I did a little research. It's the KROQ Weenie Roast. I actually attended last years Weenie Roast also. Too bad Garbage wasn't there. I did get to see Silversun Pickups, and Paramore. The two bands I saw multiple times last year.

"Dog New Tricks" Bizarre Festival 1996
Like, about five years ago, I ripped the audio from this live concert video onto a self-made mp3 CD compilation of over 100 Garbage live and studio recorded tracks.
From my self-made mp3 CD of Garbage tracks, when this one song plays on my stereo boom-box, I CRANK UP THE VOLUME. I respond to no other Garbage song the way that I do to this one.
Ask me to pick one recorded track that is the definitive essence of Garbage...

Dan! Any chance you could reseed/reupload please? Marco Marco, is no one seeding it on the tracker? I am on a POS laptop, I haven't tried to get on the tracker to seed anything. I would have to download it, to reseed it. Doug aka ldb should still have it. If not. I could rerip it, and upload it to a download site I guess.

Androgyny, Dog New Tricks (good memory there DanceAway), & Girl Don't Come were all much improved on their live incarnations and it's a shame that's not what ended up on the album (for the two that were album tracks), but I still wouldn't call them my favorite live tracks. (Dumb was improved live with a better outro too, but it was already a great song)
Based both on how good the original song was and how well it came off live, I like...
Supernatural acoustic kroq Dec.'95 (anyone have a non-artifacty, stereo version of this?) 1995-11-25 Trip My Wire & Subhuman 1998-06-26 Hammering in My Head & YLSF 2005-04-03 Metal Heart 2005-06-04 RBTE
