I want to get a sleeve, and I want it to be Garbage related. I was trying to come up with some ideas for it, and I couldn't think of enough that would occupy my entire arm. So I was wondering if you guys had any ideas?
Obviously, the 2.0 symbols from Push It, ITIP, & the other singles from that era. The "G" from the debut album, as well as 'garbage' in the font used on the debut. Other than that though, I couldn't really come up with much.
And I've never gotten a tattoo before, so I have literally zero experience in this.
Anyone have any input?

Thats what I'd get if I got a tatoo but the Version 2.0 Globe? The Rose from BG?

How much are you willing to spend? I'm not hugely versed in tattoos (I have a meager two on my back), but if you do research and find an incredibly talented and reputable artist, I bet you could find some way to get the graphics from various BG singles (Cherry Lips, BUTG, SYM) and have them all "meld" together somehow on your arm. Maybe also a couple of the 2.0 singles covers (YLSF and TTITKB). Dunno, just a suggestion. It would cost a lot for all that ink.

Yea, I'm not real sure. I'm kind of cheap lol So we'll see. That would be awesome though, taking all the singles covers meshed together somehow. Hm....

ooh.. i wish i had a whole arm to cover! I have a fair few tattoos, two of them g related. imo, if it were done well, a kind of collage of scenes/themes from the videos would be pretty cool..
I agree with the research idea - you simply cannot do enough research! It's more costly to fix up ink you regret so plan it well. If you really want to commit to the idea, there's no need to rush it ;D Maybe start by getting a smaller piece and see how it feels?
remember " cheap tattoos ain't good, and good tattoos ain't cheap".
