I posted those numbers sometime in February I think...
I don't have the exact ones but...
USA: Debut over 2 million (2.26 sold/ 2.35 shipped) V 2.0 very near 2 million (1.7 sold/1.96 shipped) BG 400,000 sold ...almost 500,000 shipped
Worldwide sales Debut and 2.0 both over 5 million (2.0 with slightly higher numbers) BG around 2.5 million
I got the USA #s from Soundscan and the worldwide #s from a friend who works at a radio station and looked up the global album sales in a database
over all sales are about 13 million, although I read in an article not long ago that it was 14 million. Whatever the case, Garbage is definitely one of the best selling alt. rock acts around and Shirley is very well off.

no, i'm serious there are no garbage albums in east tennessee no one's ever heard of garbage in east tennessee I suppose you are implying that since so many of the albums shipped have been bought, that's why it's hard to find an album. (even though it's not hard at all...go to any main music retailer and you will find all the albums 9 times out of 10)

lol, obviously you've never been where i live Well, it's the South. I was in NC and I found all the Garbage albums at Walmart. However, it is true that 90% of the music down there is country, gospel, or dixie. Oh well, that sucks.
