I am thinking it's a flash related problem, but I don't think it is. But anyway.
AIM/MSN/Yahoo - whenever I type and send something to someone, it IMMEDIATLY signs me off. Likewise when someone tries to IM me. The second they hit enter they see me sign off. I can sign on fine, but the minute someone IMs me or I IM them, I get immediatly kicked off.
Youtube - videos will load maybe 1/4 of the way, then stop. I have to click above the place it stopped in order for it to go again, but then stops once again at a certain point.
Flash based chats - The minute I press enter to type something in I am immediatly kicked off. People say they can IM me back on it, but I cannot see anything on my end.
Ugh this problem is annoying and now becoming a huge pain in the ass. I actually need to get on AIM and talk with someone really important and I don't have their number. Please help if you can.
PLUS, I already tried un-installing all the programs including Flash and rebooting. Nothing. Please help, thanks.

It's the latest version of Flash, and I am on Windows Vista. This problem occured maybe 2 days ago. And it progressivly got worse. I got CCleaner to see if that could fix it, nothing.

I'm not a fan of CCleaner. It "cleans" the register, which can really mess up a computer and make things worse. Although I don't think it's related to your problem.
Anyways, are you on IE? If so make sure that you can download and run activeX plugins.

Yep did that. Re-installed IE. Downloaded Firefox. Same issue. Made sure I could see Active X programs and run them. Nothing.
Is there a way to go back to another setting without deleting my stuff? I know I can do a system restore, but is there another way?

Linux is an evil lie. lol
My next move would be to turn off Vista's DEP. Uninstall Flash and Firefox yet again(Trust me). Then go to the command prompt (run as admin) and enter this "bcdedit.exe /set {current} nx AlwaysOff" . Restart and install Firefox and Flash again. I have feeling that your problem could be with Vista's security. It could be preventing something in Flash from executing. I know that you are already giving permission to everything, and that you are probably running everything as an admin with XP service pack 2 mode on, but even then Vista might not let everything execute. Vista is a bitch like that sometimes.
If that doesn't work then you have two options: 1-Backup your stuff and do a fresh install, while you still can. You should do this every 6 months anyways. 2-Do a system restore and hope for the best. System restore may or may not keep your problem from happening again.

What I am also finding is that I am randomly losing connection to the internet. Like take this page for example. I can be browsing through here, and when I open a topic it gives me the "internet connection is down [press button to diagnose]" If I immediatly refresh the page comes up just fine. I'm not sure what is going on, do you think Flash is doing that as well? Thank you endless, much spanks to you.

Flash would defiantly not cause a problem with your connection. The only things that can cause that is a hardware problem, a virus, or a problem with the OS. Assuming that you've been a full check for a virus(CCleaner doesn't count), I think that you've run out of options. Back up your stuff and do a fresh reinstall of Vista.

Download MalwareBytes and do a complete scan, remove anything it finds. www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.phpRunning CCleaner with the default options only cleans out your temporary files. It's a good first step, as you don't want an AV program scanning unnecessary temp files. If you select the registry clean option, then it cleans the registry. Here's the thing, if you're going to clean the registry, uninstall Flash first, then clean the registry. It should remove all the leftover Flash registry entries. If that doesn't solve the issue, let me know and I'll give you a few more steps. But really, these kinds of problems are almost always caused by a virus. The only other thing would be a Windows automatic update that delivered a faulty device driver (or the install of said driver failed). ALWAYS check for viruses first. MalwareBytes is free, and one of the most powerful programs for removing viruses. Try it and let us know what happened.

Well apparently the wireless works fine. It's when I plug in my cable to the modem it starts. But it only happens on my laptop, 2 others are fine on it. What do you think it is?

That makes me think hardware issue - bad ethernet card, bad port on the ethernet card, bad cable, bad port on the modem. Have you tried swapping cables with one that is known good? Have you tried connecting other computers to the same port and same cable? Do they have the same problem?

Worked fine when I was home in Jersey, worked for a month where I live now, then it just stopped. Anything chat related it will disconnect/reconnect endlessly. Websites will work ok, but it randomly disconnects me as it did when I just tried to post this. Now my wireless will connect to the router, but it will not connect me to the internet. Now what do I do?

Basically what I'm suggesting is to start ruling out hardware components. So try changing one variable at a time. Sounds like you've already done the cable, now what about ports on teh modem? Do you have multiple? Switch from one port to another, then log onto IM for a while and see if you get logged off. Is that still having problems? It's not the port? Is everything working? It was the port. Lather, rinse, repeat with next component.
