Introduce myself. I have been posting here quite a bit and I feel like I don't really know anybody. My name is Raven, I'm 20, in college... I listen to alternative rock, mostly stuff from the '90s like (G, of course), No Doubt, Bush, Dishwalla, Goo Goo Dolls, etc. I play bass guitar... I just got my first tattoo (and I actually got 3) last week so that's pretty exciting.  Yeah, that's all I can think of. So post and say hi so I won't feel so lonely.  Oh and sorry if I'm not supposed to post a thread like this!  |

Cool! I feel boring saying I'm from America. My great-grandparents were completely Scottish on one side and Irish on the other, but that's just about as close as I get. Us Americans are funny. We don't have our own nationality (except for native americans) and classify ourselves by our ancestries' original descent (in my case mostly Italian), but only claim to be an "american" when outside our country. We are so boing it's ridiculous! |

I actually did feel kind of special when I went to the Netherlands last summer. Everyone thought I was so cool because I was American. |

I'm so many mixed up nationalities. Mexican, Scottish, Welsh, Dutch, German, and French. There are probably a whole bunch of other ones I don't know about.

I guess it's never too late to say welcome to board. I hope you stick around for a while.
As far as Nationality goes, I'm 100% Dominican. I'm probably the only Dominican Garbage fan ever since American Rock and pop music just doesn't get played in Dominican Republic at all. Although I really consider myself a New Yorker since I grew up in New York City and it does feel kind of cool to be able to say "I'm from New York".
