Garbage at Soundstage was on last night on Max. Just happened to flick to it, don't usually watch music tv anymore. Love when that happens though. Made me happy to see it but kinda depressed too.

"Hero" (Jet Li) on the IFC channel. Even though I've already seen this movie several times, I found myself unable to peel my eyes away from watching it again. The IFC channel is showing it in its original Madarin language with English subtitles. This is the best way to experience this movie. On DVD, there's an option to view this movie in audio dubbed English. I've tried viewing it in dubbed English, and it didn't agree with me at all. I strongly recommend this movie be seen in its original Madarin language with English subtitles. Maggie Cheung and Tony Leung Chiu-Wai in "Hero". Between these two, there's a tragic love story in this movie.

Last Sunday, I watched the first hour of "Bollywood Hero" starring Chris Kattan on the IFC Channel. It's a 3-part musical comedy mini-series. Each part is one hour in length. I really got a big kick out of watching that first hour. I'm gonna have to catch part 2 & 3 on DVD cuz I don't see a repeat airing of this show in the IFC schedule. Chris Kattan is playing himself in the manner that Larry David is playing himself in "Curb Your Enthusiasm." If you like watching the 'social snafu' comedy of errors that happens to Larry David in "Curb Your Enthusiasm", then you'll enjoy watching what happens to Chris Kattan in "Bollywood Hero." And, of the musical dance numbers I saw in the first hour, they were happening in the imagination of Chris Kattan's mind, which reminded me of the movie "Pennies from Heaven" where Steve Martin was imagining himself singing and dancing in Busby Berkeley musical dance productions. In Chris Kattan's mind, he's imagining himself singing and dancing in Bollywood musical dance productions. Just Scrubs reruns since my DVD player decided to get the disc tray stuck so I can't watch it on DVD. It's not the same on TV, it's got ad breaks >.<

"Hot in Cleveland" and "Retired at 35" on TV Land.
Kathy Bate's new show "Harry's Law" on NBC.
"Attack Of The Show" on G4TV (it's a guilty pleasure).
Keith Olbermann. Despite Keith leaving MSNBC due to 'irreconcilable differences' with MSNBC management, MSNBC will still remain my 'home channel' on my cable box. I love my dysfunctional liberal political pundit family on MSNBC.

I'm addicted to Desperate Housewives at the minute. holy crap that show is good. i'm trying to avoid spoilers at the minute though because most of the episodes of season 7 have already aired in the US, and in the UK we've only had a few since the second half started up again, lol.
