Brace yourselves... After a five year break, 2012 saw Garbage back in the spotlight with a new studio album Not Your Kind Of People followed by their first world tour for seven years. Filmed on this tour at the Ogden Theatre in Denver, Colorado on October 6, One Mile High...Live is the first ever Blu-ray release of a full Garbage live concert. Charismatic singer Shirley Manson leads from the front propelled by the twin guitars of Steve Marker and Duke Erikson and the powerhouse drumming of Butch Vig with Eric Avery providing bass guitar for the live shows. The band mix highlights from the new album with classic tracks from across their career to produce the ultimate Garbage live experience. 1) Automatic System Habit 2) I Think Im Paranoid 3) Shut Your Mouth 4) Why Do You Love Me 5) Queer 6) Stupid Girl 7) Hammering In My Head 8) Control 9) #1 Crush 10) Cherry Lips 11) Big Bright World 12) Blood For Poppies 13) Special 14) Milk 15) Battle In Me 16) Push It 17) Only Happy When It Rains 18) Supervixen 19) The Trick Is To Keep Breathing 20) Vow 21) Time Will Destroy Everything (End Credits) www.amazon.co.uk/Garbage-One-Mile-High-Blu-ray/dp/B00BPA2H3M

Bonus Features: Pre-show Warm Up Music videos for “Big Bright World” and “Blood For Poppies” Featurettes: (1) Automatic Systematic (2) Battle In Me (3) Big Bright World (4) Blood For Poppies (5) Control.
Lame extras line up, i'll wait for the price to come down which might be some time, seems like live concert Blu's tend to be expensive as hell and stay that way.

It's on DVD as well I don't think the extras are crap considering we are getting the videos from this era

Anyone know if this is the same footage as has beer airing regularly on ASX TV (US cable)?
Also curious if the 'featurettes' will be something from that night, or the youtube videos posted by the band, or what.

I am wondering if it is being released in Europe only ahead of a European tour, like the 'Absolute Collection' was released here

I don't think there are going to be any more dates after the US leg I was sooo hoping for some EU dates... even festivals. I think you're right though, they would have probably announced them by now.

Holy cow! Well, way to go Eric! Good to hear he's going to be out there having fun still. Also, I guess this is the last year for "BLM-era" Garbage on tour.
