^^  I got a hotel near Metro, but I can't check-in until 2pm :/ Do you think there will be a long line out there by 3PM? I have no idea what to expect. Am thinking of maybe parking and then checking-in after the concert instead. |

i live right by Metro so ill be checking for the line before i 'camp out.' i remember the last garbage show at the Vic when it was GA also and i got there about 3 or 4pm and I was in first or second "row." still i wonder how many people will be lining up.

i've heard its warm in there, but i have never been in the Metro before. i've been downstairs in Smart Bar (underneath) which is a cool place to chill after a show.

What a GREAT show! Shirl had some vocal interludes reminiscing about how she got her start at the Metro as Steve and some guys checked her thereout back when she was in the Angelfish days and the rest was history. she also told a few stories and she was so sweet and at times emotional. they did a toast with some scotch on stage. so amazing.

i must have just missed them talking to fans on the way in to the venue. then i waited outside a while after the concert but i had to work early and i figured they were partying so i left. no biggie, i was very close to the action inside. still buzzing about it; amazing.
