I want to know what everyone's top five garbage songs are. I love all of their songs and it's really hard to pick a favorite but I'm going to try to pick my top five:
Dog new tricks- it was the first garbage song I ever heard when I was about five
Why do you love me- it's a very powerful song and I just love it
Ash- I haven't stopped listening to it since I got it!
I think I'm paranoid- its a classic and my favorite from version 2.0
When I grow up- its just been one of my favorites for a long time

1.) Boys Wanna Fight - Kind of an unusual choice for favorite G song, I know, but for some reason I have always been completely hooked.
2.) Vow - The song that totally sold Garbage for me. As soon as I heard it, I knew I was obsessed. Haha.
3.) Push It - I have always found his song particularly heart pounding and intense. I love it for that reason.
4.) Sugar - My new favorite. I'm obsessed with how the verse blends into the chorus. Perfect.
5.) Lick the Pavement - Always my favorite B-side.

holy shit......how do you pick five? Damn. I mean, its hard to make a blank cd (like 20 songs) of my faveorite garbage cds for the car. ill try different cd's for the songs. :-)
1-Automatic Systematic Habit (easily played 20 times a day in my car)
2-Fix Me Now
3-Bad Boyfriend (Garbage Mix, Buth Vig)
4-Kick my Ass
5-Temptation Waits
6-Happy Home (I had to add this, because the last 3 minutes of instrumental of the song are genius)

13 x Forever - something about that song has always had me!
Right between the eyes - was a really important song to me at a tough time
Supervixen - First song of theirs I ever heard...it got me hooked!
Hammering in my Head - Tremendous song!
Deadwood - Always high on my playlist!

You mean live? I'm assuming you mean that, since this is the tour section (?).
I haven't heard ASH live yet except live recordings on youtube, but just those sound amazing. Pretty sure it's BETTER live than recorded (more of a rock song live, as is the case with so many G songs).
Anyhow...my other faves are (in no order):
- Stupid Girl
- Cherry Lips
- Bad Boyfriend
- Hammering in My Head
- Vow
I think ASH & MOW will be up there should I ever get to officially hear them live...

#5. You Look So Fine - heart breakingly beautiful
#4. Silence Is Golden - I just love the way she sings this, and the band sounds awesome on it
#3. Show Me - Her voice is soooo hypnotizing and orgasmic like in the verses.
#2. Tell Me Where It Hurts - probably one of the most vulnerable and brutually honest love songs I ever heard.
#1. Run Baby Run - This song just inspires me and gives me confidence whenever I'm feeling down.
