Big day:
I'm at Foo's studio 606...they are broadcasting a live performance tonight right after the premiere of their film "Back and Forth". I'm in the control room, the mix sounds awesome, and the video is in 3D.

Shirley texted me, we met 17 years ago today. A few hours after our lunch I found out Kurt had passed away.

...It's a bittersweet symphony this life....

I had Prodigy back in the day, instead of AOL. And I won't forget logging into it before class that day and there on the screen, in big, boxy styling, was headstone that said "RIP Kurt Cobain". My heart stopped. And then I felt a great sadness.
