Anyone in the mid-atlantic getting this blizzard? Just starting here...14-22" of snow expected by the time it's done. Glad I'm stocked on booze.

No, we just got rain here in California, so the ground hog was right. You have 6 more weeks of winter. You should get this one next week.

That's the main problem, the power goes out, and then you are screwed. I used to love snow days when I lived in the high desert. I was halfway between Palmdale, and Victorville. They would shut down the highway so people wouldn't be stuck 30 miles from civilization. One time I called work and said I couldn't come in because they shut down the road due to snow. My boss called me a liar on the phone. I hung up on him. It was sunny at work 60 miles away. It was snowing 50 cent piece size flakes at my house. He appoligized two days later when I showed up for work. He watched the news that night and saw that it snowed 2 feet in 5 hours.

So we got in total 43 inches. And idiots put snow piles on the sides of the road, so when you know, we have to turn, we can't see who is coming the other way. WTG JERSEY.

Nicky, you can thank Al Gore for that. He discovered global warming just like he discovered the internet.
