MLF this might be helpful for your new DVD. I lifted from a forum I go to. I highly recommend the Marilyn Manson/NIN performance...it is ace. The other crap...I don't know if you care or not...
"How do I go about accessing the hidden NIN performances and videos on the And All That Could Have Been DVD?"
The following was provided by dvdeasteregg.com
Gave up: At the beginning of the song, hit enter a bunch of times (or maybe once at the exact right time, not sure) and it will jump to a single angle performance of gave up from a straight on vantage point in the crowd.
Marilyn Manson: During Starfuckers, after he finishes saying "don't you" and they rock out again, press enter a bunch of times and you'll get Marilyn Manson finishing out the song and them doing beautiful people, from the madison square garden show.
Reptile: On Disc 2 during "Suck" go to 1:06 and then press the up button followed by enter.
NinetyNine Commercial: On Disc 2 go to "supplemental content" go to "main menu" then press left button, then the up button, then enter.
The Day The World Went Away Video: On Disc 2 right in between Head Like a Hole and Just Like You Imagined @ 16:15 press LEFT, RIGHT, DOWN, then UP then ENTER.
During Head Like A Hole on disc 2, at about 11:19, press "7" to access a menu of performances of Reptile, Starf*ckers Inc and Beautiful People (with Manson), the Day the World Went Away, and three promo spots.

If I had one it would probably be reserved for "Battle Royale" I want to see it, but they don't seem to sell it in stores due to lot's of violence in a school setting or something along those lines...
