youropenbook.org/Yeah, you can search people's status updates on facebook. For example: -I searched "new number" and I got the phone number of some random chick named Rebecca from Ohio. -I searched "my dui" and I found out that a guy named Matthew from El Paso, Texas had a dui. -I searched "I hate my boss", and more people than I can shake a stick at hate their boss. -I searched "cheated test", and apparently a guy name Collin from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada cheated on his test today by using his I-Phone. And all of these result included full names, photos, and in many cases city. Not to mention that back in December Facebook changed many of the default setting to public: www.wired.com/epicenter/2009/12/facebook-privacy-update/

I like that site. I put in the name for my old high school and got a bunch of random updates.

Granted, all of my privacy settings are set to "Friends Only." And I mean ALL of them. If you're not a friend of mine, you see pretty much nothing of my page.
That said, I'm really not all that concerned about Facebook privacy, as things one puts on the internet can only be so private, whether it's Facebook, a blog, or anything else. Once you publish something online, it's out of your mind, out of your house, and out on the info superhighway. I don't publish anything on there that I'd be embarrassed for my boss, mother, etc to see...
