Dan I hope your internet card doesnt have one of those little antennas on it again. I remember all the problems you had with that last one.

Renee Dan I hope your internet card doesnt have one of those little antennas on it again. I remember all the problems you had with that last one. Nope Chris, this is pure internal WiFi connection. My building has free high speed WiFi. The owners son says it's a T1. Hard to tell, currently I am connected at 24 Mps. Sure faster than the 52K AOL connection I had 12 years ago. I can get a better speed if I move 50 feet by the antenna outside,

Yeah that's fast.....
I supposedly get up to 4 Mbps down, which is not very fast, but I'm lucky if I get 500 Kbps. Watching Hulu is painful.

Right now it is at 54 Mps. I've seen it as low as 11 Mps. It all depends on who is stealing my bandwidth. Bastards!!! I say "Let's take down the "Free High Speed Internet" sign off the front of the building. Then hack all of the others PC's and disable their wireless connections.
