So how's everyone feeling about the new album and all and are there any plans for a U.S. tour coming up?
I've been listening to her a lot these days, but still haven't heard the new album yet. Maybe I should go hop on that shit.
While we're at it, tell me some of your fav songs by her - just curious.

I'm a huge, huge, huge fan of PJ! One of my favourite artists full-stop.
Not too sure about a U.S. tour as of yet. So far all her dates have been European based and Australia. Also, she is recording another album with John Parish at the moment which she hopes to play a few dates with after the White Chalk tour. I can't see why she wouldn't play the U.S. since she has played there on every other tour. So my guess is that it is on the cards.
I went to see her in December, right before Christmas. And the show was nothing short of life changing. I could go on for hours about how good it was so I'll try and keep it to the point. The idea of the solo set was a great move. It really allows you to concentrate on her music and the way she performs. It is baffling how one person can make it sound like there is a whole band on stage. The setlist was amazing, it really showed off her whole span of career and albums.
With regards favourite songs, it's too hard to choose (as with any artist!). But I'll give it a go... Dress, Oh My Lover, Plants and Rags, Rid Of Me, Man-Size, Legs, To Bring You My Love, My Beautiful Leah, Angelene, The Sky Lit Up, Joy, The River, One Line, Whores Hustle..., A Place Called Home, This Wicked Tounge, White Chalk, Grow, Grow, Grow, Nina In Ecstacy....
The list could go on and on until I listed her entire back catalogue!

New Young Pony Club got the crowd at the Big Top stage dancing at the Isle Of Wight Festival earlier tonight (June 15) with a dazzling set which included a cover of PJ Harvey's 'Dress'.
Despite worrying about having to go on at the same time as The Police, who were on the main stage at the same time as the band, New Young Pony Club attracted a reasonable crowd.
"Us against one of the biggest bands in the history of the universe?" singer Tahita Bulmer had earlier said, speaking to NME.COM. "Ah, we'll hold our own."
As well as their own songs 'Ice Cream', 'Tight Fit' and 'The Bomb', the band played glam-pop covers of the aforementioned 'Dress' and Squeeze's 'Take Me I'm Yours'.
Bulmer also told NME.COM that sessions for her band's forthcoming new album were going well, with songs sounding "heavy on white noise. A bit like My Bloody Valentine."
New Young Pony Club played:
'Get Lucky' 'Grey' 'Dress' 'Ice Cream' 'Tight Fit' 'Descend' 'Take Me I'm Yours' 'The Bomb' 'The Get Go'

You have a great choices there. WC does take a few listens to get into properly because it's so strikingly different.
I have often wondered what Tori thought of her new musical venture.

Yep, it is off 'The Wind' single release.
Things have been actually pretty quiet in PJ land. She's still touring but there's no news of the new album coming out this year!
